The New Graco Quantm electric diaphragm pump
The New Graco Quantm is a new plug and play electric diaphragm pump (EODD) that removes the requirement of any compressors and gearboxes, saves space and will offer a significant return on investment when compared to the use of a standard air operated pump.
Quantm pumps will be available for industrial and sanitary / hygienic applications – with sizes including 1″, 1 1/2″ and 2″ and will offer the same great benefits of a traditional air operated diaphragm pump.
The new FluxCore Motor is a lighter and more reliable motor, that is upto 80% more energy efficient than a traditional AC induction motor – with increased torque at lower speeds – with this the pump is now 95% more energy efficient – saving money on expensive air compressor costs.
How does the Quantm Save you money?
The Graco Quantm is a single phase electric diaphragm pump that does not rely on the use of an expensive air compressor - that consumes a large amount of energy and requires annual maintenance.

The Sanitary range is not yet ready to order but will be shortly, the range is offered in 1", 1 1/2", 2", 3" and 4" all with tri-clamp or DIN connections and with the choice of Food, Hygienic, Pharmacuetical, or 3A grade Stainless Steel.
FDA, SP Class VI and 3A certifications will also be available for certain models - and the pumps will be branded Quantm Saniforce.
