As standard, this diaphragm is supplied with a 0.89mm thick PTFE product contact face bounded to an enhanced chemical resistant Viton rubber backing, suitable for maximum operating temperatures of 176 Degree C.

For high abrasion applications, the PTFE product contact face can be supplied in a thicker layer of 1.45mm, giving a 38% increase in wear resistance. Please contact us for more details.
