A pump that lives on the floor is a pump that is hard to work on, hard to clean around and hard to shift when the job changes. Our stainless steel pump trolleys lift the unit to a sensible working height and put it on wheels, so relocating between tanks, lines or bays takes seconds rather than a lifting team. Each trolley stands at approximately 1000mm high and rolls on anti-static wheels of 100mm diameter. It is a simple bit of kit that quietly solves a daily nuisance.
We stock three trolleys, built around square bases of 400mm, 500mm and 600mm. Rather than being drilled for one manufacturer’s bolt pattern, every trolley arrives with undrilled holes, so you drill to suit whatever you are mounting. That means the same trolley works equally well under a diaphragm pump, a centrifugal unit or a drum pump. Pick the base size that matches your pump footprint and you are away.
Every trolley in the range is fabricated in 304 stainless steel, which is the sensible choice anywhere there is washdown, splashing or chemical carryover. Painted mild steel frames look fine for a season and then start to blister around the welds; stainless simply does not. The anti-static wheels matter too, particularly if you are moving pumps around solvents or flammables.

We stock three sizes, based on square bases of 400mm, 500mm and 600mm. All three stand at approximately 1000mm high. Choose the base size that comfortably supports your pump’s footprint, leaving a little room around the edges for fixings and pipework.
Yes, in almost all cases. The trolleys are supplied with undrilled holes rather than a fixed bolt pattern, so they can be drilled to suit any make or model of pump. If you are unsure whether your pump footprint will sit comfortably on a particular base size, send us the dimensions and we will confirm.
All three trolleys are fabricated in 304 stainless steel. This grade handles washdown, humidity and incidental chemical splash far better than painted mild steel, which tends to corrode around welds and fixing points. It also wipes down cleanly, which matters in food, brewing and pharmaceutical environments.
Anti-static wheels help dissipate static charge rather than allowing it to build up on the trolley. That is important wherever you are transferring solvents, fuels or other flammable liquids, because a static discharge near flammable vapour is a genuine ignition risk. Each trolley is built with anti-static wheels of 100mm diameter.
