Shipping Information

We provide a worldwide delivery service through a number of different courier networks. For domestic orders we use DPD – and this is a next day service (Not Guaranteed) when ordered by 3pm that working day, anything international is sent via UPS. If you require anything same day please contact us direct and we can help facilitate this. A collection service is also available, we can prepare the product for you or a third-party service to collect on your behalf if required.

Please note, if you require a pump urgently, please enquire with us prior to ordering, not all items are stocked locally, some pump models will have to be ordered direct from the manufacturer.  

Online Carriage Costs

Free Domestic carriage is offered on all Graco, Aro, Calpeda, Nomad, Lowara, Ebara and Dellmeco pumps.

UK Mainland & Northern Ireland: £10.00 Net

Standard next day carriage with exception to non-mainland (inc Northern Ireland) and the Scottish Highlands which is 2-3 days standard – next day can be arranged at an extra cost.

 International: Quoted at checkout

For international orders, please beware that the buyer is responsible for payment of import duties and local taxes – once UPS or customs have your parcel they will make contact with you in order to pay this fee. To make the process quicker please ensure you provide correct contact details and any VAT / EORI number if applicable.
