The Calpeda BS MXH is a range of packaged cold water booster sets built around Calpeda’s MXH horizontal multi-stage pumps. They hold steady pressure wherever the mains supply falls short, in fixed and variable speed configurations, covering 1 to 195 m³/h and heads from 10 to 65 m. Variable speed sets modulate to match demand, giving consistent pressure without stop-start cycling, plus quieter running and lower energy use.
Easymat is the entry option, with one, two or three variable speed pumps on a 230V single phase supply, suiting domestic and small commercial boosting. Easymat2 and wall-mounted variants cover twin-pump duties where plant room space is tight. I-MAT is the higher specification choice on three phase, with two or three pumps, adding proportional pressure, constant flow and night mode. Fixed speed sets run from two to six pumps, four and above to order.
Each set arrives assembled on a common baseplate with pumps, controller, valves, pressure gauge and instrumentation. Twin and triple sets use AISI 304 stainless manifolds, with connections ready for a vessel sized to suit the system. Manifold connections run from G1 up to G3 threaded, and DN100 to DN150 flanged on the larger MXH-F sets. Send us your flow and pressure figures and we will size a set for you.

A factory-assembled boosting unit built from MXH multi-stage pumps, with valves, manifolds, control panel and instrumentation on a common baseplate.
Fixed speed sets start and stop pumps in cascade as pressure drops. Variable speed sets adjust speed continuously through a frequency converter to hold a set pressure, giving steadier output and lower energy use.
Easymat offers constant pressure and fixed speed modes with dry run and electrical protection. I-MAT adds proportional pressure, constant flow, constant temperature and night mode, plus remote panel mounting.
Easymat takes one to three. Easymat2 and wall sets are two pump. I-MAT is two or three. Fixed speed runs from two to six, with four and above supplied to order.
