Dellmeco AODD pumps are air-driven positive-displacement pumps featuring dual diaphragms operated by compressed air. Available in multiple materials and configurations, these pumps handle abrasive, corrosive, and viscous fluids across diverse industrial applications, including chemical, mining, food, and wastewater handling.
AODD pumps are manufactured from polyethylene (PE), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), aluminium, cast iron, and stainless steel AISI 316 materials. Material selection enables compatibility with nearly any industrial fluid. Self-priming design allows operation from any suction position, including full submersion.
AODD pumps require only compressed air supply without electricity, making them suitable for hazardous locations and remote installations. Flow and pressure are easily adjusted by regulating inlet air supply, enabling simple capacity control. Long-life diaphragms designed for heavy-duty operation minimise maintenance interruptions.

AODD pumps use compressed air to operate internal valving that drives the diaphragms. The compressed air supply operates the pump without requiring electrical power, making them suitable for hazardous areas and locations without electricity.
AODD pumps handle abrasive media, corrosive chemicals, acids, oils, solvents, paints, sludges, wastewater solids, and powders. Material selection enables compatibility with nearly any industrial fluid.
Yes, AODD pumps are fully self-priming and can be installed with suction lines below the liquid level. They operate reliably in any orientation, including fully submerged operation.
Standard diaphragms provide extended service life with routine maintenance. Heavy-duty composite diaphragms are available for severe applications. Replacement typically occurs only after thousands of operating hours.
