The Ebara SB3 is a 3″ submersible borehole pump with an AISI 304 stainless steel outer casing and glass fibre reinforced PPO impellers, designed for clean water applications in domestic, agricultural, and industrial installations. It is the smallest diameter pump in the Ebara borehole range and is suited to wells where a 4″ or larger pump cannot be accommodated.
The SB3 delivers total head from 9.8 to 122m and flow from 0.6 to 2.7m³/h, with a maximum immersion depth of 60m and maximum liquid temperature of 30°C. Sand content is limited to 50ppm, and the diffuser is manufactured in polyacetal resin (POM) for hydraulic efficiency.
The SB3 is noted for its particularly silent operation, making it well-suited to residential environments. It supports horizontal installation for use in tank and cistern-fed applications as well as conventional vertical boreholes.
