The Ebara CM Series covers a family of single impeller cast iron centrifugal pumps available in multiple variants, CMA, CMB, CMC, CMD, and CMR, each with different impeller materials, shaft specifications, and motor mount configurations to suit different application requirements. The range is used for domestic pressurisation, irrigation, industrial liquid handling, vehicle washing, and the pressurisation of complex machinery.
The CMA uses Noryl impellers and an AISI 416 shaft for clean water and mildly aggressive fluid duties up to 40°C, while the CMB uses brass or cast iron impellers with an AISI 303 shaft and handles liquids up to 90°C. The CMR variant features an open cast iron or brass impeller for integration into complex industrial machinery where space is limited. All models use a Carbon/Ceramic/NBR mechanical seal and carry IP44 motor protection, with IE3 motors from 0.75 kW upwards.
The CM Series is known for its compact dimensions, making it straightforward to install even in confined spaces. Maximum working pressure is 6 bar for CMA models and applies throughout the range on the standard build.
