Ebara LP Series Pumps

Flanged Inline Pumps for Heating and Cooling Circulation

The Ebara LPC and LPCD are flanged inline pumps with cast iron hydraulics designed specifically for circulation in heating, air conditioning, and chilled water systems in civil and industrial buildings. Available in single (LPC) and twin (LPCD) versions, the range bridges the gap between small wet rotor circulators and large standalone centrifugal pumps.

Built for Heating, Cooling, and HVAC Duties

The SiC/Carbon/EPDM mechanical seal and -10°C to +110°C liquid temperature range (across most models) make the LPC and LPCD well suited to the demands of both heating and chilled water systems. The EPDM seal material is compatible with glycol/water mixtures up to 20%, covering the antifreeze concentrations common in chiller and heat pump circuits.

Quiet Options and High Efficiency for Building Services

The 4-pole LPC4 and LPCD4 variants run at lower speed for quieter operation, making them a practical choice for occupied buildings where noise levels matter. IE3 motors are fitted from 0.75 kW and MEI exceeds 0.4, supporting building services energy compliance requirements.

The LPC is a single flanged inline circulation pump for heating, cooling, and HVAC systems. The LPCD is the twin version, providing a duty/standby arrangement in a single inline unit.

Most models handle -10°C to +110°C, covering both heating and chilled water applications. The LPC 32-100 is the exception, rated to +50°C only.

Yes, the SiC/Carbon/EPDM seal is compatible with glycol/water mixtures up to 20%, covering the antifreeze concentrations typically used in chiller and heat pump circuits.

The LPCD is the right choice where duty/standby redundancy is required, or where combined capacity from a twin unit is needed without installing two separate pumps.
