The Ebara PRA is a cast iron peripheral electric pump with a brass impeller and turbine-type hydraulics, designed for domestic water supply, boiler feed, and autoclave pressurisation. The PRN 0.50 is a nickel-plated version of the same pump, offering additional corrosion resistance. Both are compact, lightweight, and notably quiet in operation.
The PRA uses a cast iron pump casing and bracket with a brass impeller and Carbon/Ceramic/NBR mechanical seal. The shaft is in AVZ steel on the 0.50 model and AISI 303 stainless steel on the larger variants. Maximum working pressure is 6 bar on the 0.50, 7.5 bar on the 0.80, and 12 bar on the 1.00, 1.50, and 2.00 models. Maximum liquid temperature is 80°C, and the pump delivers flow rates from 0.3 to 4.2m³/h and heads from 12 to 88m across the range.
IE3 high-efficiency motors are fitted from 0.75 kW, and single-phase models include a permanent capacitor and thermo-amperometric protection with automatic reset. Both G1″ suction and discharge connections are standard across the range.

The PRA is a cast iron peripheral electric pump with a brass impeller, designed for domestic water supply, boiler feed, and autoclave pressurisation. The PRN 0.50 is a nickel-plated version for enhanced corrosion resistance.
The PRA has a standard cast iron pump body. The PRN 0.50 single-phase model uses a nickel-plated body, providing additional corrosion resistance for installations where the standard cast iron finish may be insufficient.
Maximum working pressure is 6 bar for the PRA 0.50, 7.5 bar for the PRA 0.80, and 12 bar for the 1.00, 1.50, and 2.00 models.
Maximum liquid temperature is 80°C, making the PRA suitable for hot water duties including boiler feed applications.
