The EFE range covers 1″ to 3″ diaphragm pumps, delivering flows from 200 LPM (53 USGPM) with the EFE‑25 up to 1041 LPM (275 USGPM) with the EFE‑80. All models operate at a maximum working pressure of 8.3 Barg (120 Psig) and support efficient air consumption between 50–190 scfm depending on size. Solids handling ranges from 3.2 mm (EFE‑25) to 9.5 mm (EFE‑80).
Non‑metallic options (EFE‑25 and EFE‑40) are available in polypropylene and PVDF, offering lightweight chemical resistance. Metallic options (EFE‑50 and EFE‑80) include aluminium, cast iron, and stainless steel, with weights ranging from 41.5 kg to 103.8 kg. Diaphragm and check valve materials include PTFE, Santoprene, EPDM, Neoprene, FKM, Hytrel, Nitrile, Stainless Steel, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Carbon Steel, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of fluids.
The EFE range is designed for industrial transfer applications across chemical processing, wastewater treatment, and mining. Smaller models (EFE‑25, EFE‑40) are ideal for medium‑flow chemical handling, while larger metallic builds (EFE‑50, EFE‑80) deliver high‑volume transfer with robust durability. Noise levels remain low (79–85 dBa), making them suitable for continuous operation in demanding environments.
