Enviroflex peristaltic hose pumps are designed and manufactured in Derby, UK, for industries handling abrasive, viscous, shear-sensitive, or chemically aggressive fluids. Available in bore sizes from 10mm up to 150mm, the range is built around a roller-driven L-Series platform that prioritises hose life and ease of service. Each pump uses a precision-ground hose and a specially compounded lubricant developed for Enviroflex’s roller design.
Most industrial peristaltic pumps use shoes to compress the hose, which generates heat and shortens hose life. Enviroflex pumps use rotating rollers instead, which reduces friction and heat transfer into the hose, extending service life and lowering energy consumption. The roller design also gives a greater displacement per revolution than equivalent shoe-design competitors, so the same flow can be achieved at a slower pump speed.
Every L-Series pump can be specified with different body materials, hose compounds, gear motors, connection types, and finishes including stainless steel for food-grade washdown environments. Heating jackets, mobility kits, exotic metal coatings, and high-pressure variants rated to 20 barg are available as options.
