Garlock One-Up diaphragms are the upgrade you fit when the standard part keeps letting you down. Each one is a single piece, with a PTFE product face bonded straight onto a fabric reinforced rubber backer, so there is no two-part assembly to work loose. The patented radial and concentric rib pattern lets the diaphragm flex without forming the crease points that usually crack first.
The PTFE face gives you excellent chemical resistance across everything from low pH acids to high pH caustics, and it shrugs off abrasives that chew through softer materials. Backers are offered in Neoprene, EPDM and FKM, so you can match the diaphragm to the temperature and the fluid rather than settling for whatever came in the box. For genuinely abrasive duty, a thicker PTFE contact face can be specified for a useful step up in wear resistance, so just ask.
One-Up diaphragms are made for a long list of air operated double diaphragm pumps, covering brands such as Almatec, Aro, Blagdon, Dellmeco, Depa, Flotronic, Flux, Graco, Sandpiper, Tapflo, Verder, Versamatic, Wilden and Yamada. Both bead and clamped and integrated piston styles are covered, so fitting is a straight swap in most cases. Send us your pump model or the part number off the old diaphragm and we will point you at the right one.

It is a one piece design, with the PTFE product face bonded directly to a fabric reinforced rubber backer rather than bolted together as two parts. The patented rib construction spreads stress as the diaphragm flexes, which is what gives it its reputation for long cycle life.
Garlock produces One-Up diaphragms for most major AODD makes, including Almatec, Aro, Blagdon, Dellmeco, Depa, Flotronic, Flux, Graco, Sandpiper, Tapflo, Verder, Versamatic, Wilden and Yamada. If your pump is not on that list, send us the model and we will check compatibility for you.
Neoprene, EPDM and FKM backers are available across the range. The backer is what determines temperature capability and how the diaphragm copes with the fluid on the air side, so it is worth picking deliberately rather than by default.
The quickest route is your pump make, model and port size, or the part number stamped on the diaphragm you are replacing. A photo of the old part or the pump nameplate works just as well if the markings have worn off.
