The Graco Saniforce 2150T is a high-performance, sanitary air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump engineered for demanding food and beverage applications. Its compact, portable design delivers flow rates up to 568 L/min (150 GPM), ideal for transferring high-volume liquids safely and efficiently between vessels or containers.
This pump features FDA-compliant materials meeting CFR Title 21 standards, ensuring safe handling of food-grade products such as fruit juices, sauces, pastes, jams, jellies, wine, and oils. Its PTFE/EPDM overmoulded diaphragms with no exposed diaphragm plates eliminate areas for bacteria to accumulate while providing long diaphragm life and corrosion resistance.
The 2150T incorporates Graco’s patented lube-free air valve and three-way pilot valve for no-stick operation, combined with a 100% externally serviceable air valve. Its 16 Series stainless steel rods and common centre section shared with other SaniForce models make maintenance simple and cost-effective, while supporting fluid pressures up to 8.4 bar (120 psi) in food and beverage applications.
