The Graco Saniforce 1590T is a high-performance, sanitary air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for demanding food and beverage applications. Its compact and portable design delivers flow rates up to 341 L/min (90 GPM), making it ideal for transferring liquids efficiently between vessels or containers.
This pump features FDA-compliant materials and meets CFR Title 21 standards, ensuring safe handling of food-grade products such as fruit juices, sauces, pastes, jams, and oils. With PTFE/EPDM overmoulded diaphragms and 316 stainless steel components, it provides superior corrosion resistance, long diaphragm life, and reliable performance in abrasive or high-volume applications.
Graco’s patented lube-free air valve and three-way pilot valve ensure no-stick operation and minimal maintenance. The 100% externally serviceable air valve and common centre section with other SaniForce pumps make maintenance simple and cost-effective. Its high-pressure capability of up to 8.4 bar (120 psi) combined with sanitary connections, including 51 mm (2 in.) tri-clamp fittings, makes it versatile for food, beverage, and other sanitary applications.
