Lowara e-GS submersible borehole pumps are specifically designed for 4″ wells and boreholes. These robust pumps feature oil-filled rewindable motors with self-cleaning floating impellers that resist abrasion from sand and mineral deposits. Delivering flow rates up to 360 litres per minute and heads up to 324m, the e-GS range handles domestic water supply, irrigation, and pressure boosting applications.
Engineered for challenging water conditions, e-GS pumps handle sand content up to 150 g/m³. The self-cleaning floating impellers and V-ring shaft protection ensure reliable operation in sandy boreholes. Stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance for long-term durability. Maximum immersion depth of 300m suits deep well installations.
Available in single-phase 230V and three-phase 400V configurations with power ratings from 0.37kW to 7.5kW. Pumps up to 1.1kW include PSC control boxes for motor protection. The rewindable motor design allows cost-effective servicing and refurbishment, extending operational life significantly.

GS pumps are designed specifically for 4″ (100mm) boreholes and wells. The 99mm pump diameter ensures proper fit with adequate clearance for installation and operation in standard 4″ casings.
GS pumps handle sand content up to 150 g/m³ thanks to self-cleaning floating impellers and abrasion-resistant construction. The V-ring protects the shaft seal from damage caused by abrasive particles in the water.
Common applications include domestic water supply, sprinkler irrigation, pressure boosting, geothermal systems, and firefighting. The range covers residential properties through to commercial installations requiring reliable borehole water extraction.
Pumps up to 1.1kW include a PSC control box for motor starting and protection. Models with 1.5kW and 2.2kW motors require additional control equipment purchased separately. Always verify control requirements for your specific model.
