The PV is the smallest and most precise member of the peripheral family, with an all-brass body and impeller. That brass construction gives it built-in corrosion resistance, and the design is aimed squarely at low flow and high head, so it is the one to reach for when you need a controlled, modest delivery at decent pressure from a very compact pump.
You will most often find the PV on industrial cooling and air conditioning circuits, and on steam, ironing and washing systems, where a small, accurate flow at pressure is exactly what is needed. The brass build means it copes with the warm, continuous running these duties involve. It is a specialist’s pump rather than a general transfer unit.
The PV runs on clean, non-aggressive water and is rated for a fairly high liquid temperature, which suits hot-water and steam-adjacent duties. Maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and single or three-phase versions are available. As ever, install it somewhere sheltered and keep the water clean.

Low-flow, high-head clean water duties. Its all-brass build and compact size make it ideal for precise, modest deliveries at pressure rather than moving volume.
Industrial cooling and air conditioning circuits, and steam, ironing and washing systems. Anywhere a small accurate flow at decent pressure is required, the PV is a natural fit.
Brass resists rust and oxidation, which matters on the warm, continuous duties the PV is built for. It is the most corrosion-resistant of the peripheral ranges and the most compact.
Maximum working pressure is 10 bar. The PV is designed to deliver high head from a small unit, so it is the head and pressure that define it rather than flow.
