Pedrollo RX-Vortex Range - The RX Built For Dirty Water

The RX-Vortex is the RX set up for the messier jobs. The key change is a vortex impeller, which spins the liquid and keeps solids away from the close clearances, so the pump can pass suspended particles that would block or wear a clear water pump. It shares the same reliable stainless platform and sealed motor as the standard RX underneath.

Passes Solids Up To 40 mm

Depending on the model, the RX-Vortex passes solids up to around 20 mm on the smaller pumps and up to 40 mm on the larger ones. That makes it the one to reach for on dirty water drainage: emptying tanks, dealing with run-off carrying grit and debris, and site water that is never going to be properly clean. It is still a stainless impeller, so it stands up to the abuse.

Reliable Where It Gets Mucky

Because it is based on the RX, you get the same complete motor cooling and double shaft seal, plus float switch options for automatic operation. It is built for the kind of dirty water duty that would quickly see off a clean water pump, while still being simple to install and run.

The vortex impeller. It creates a swirling flow that carries solids through without them catching on the close clearances, so the RX-Vortex handles dirty water where the standard RX would block or wear.
