The Pentax DC and DCT range is a family of centrifugal drainage pumps built for very heavy civil and industrial use. They’re a dependable choice wherever you need to shift dirty or grey water at real volume and pressure, from construction sites to industrial plant drainage. The range spans smaller BSP-connected models through to larger flanged units for bigger flow and head requirements.
Bodies and impellers are cast iron with a cataphoresis coating, giving good resistance to corrosion in harsh working environments. A double mechanical seal with an oil barrier, using silicon carbide on the pump side and ceramic-graphite on the motor side, keeps the motor protected. The motor shaft is stainless steel, and free passage runs up to 10mm to cope with solids in the water.
Smaller models connect via a 2 inch BSP outlet, while larger pumps in the range step up to 50mm or 65mm flanged connections for higher flow. Single-phase 230v power covers the smaller models, with three-phase options across the rest of the range for higher-power installations. Maximum submergence is 20 metres, with a liquid temperature range of 0°C to 40°C.

DC models run on single-phase power, while DCT models are three-phase. Otherwise they share the same cast iron construction and heavy duty design, so the choice comes down to your available power supply and the flow you need.
Free passage runs up to 10mm, so the range copes with typical drainage and dirty water solids. It’s not intended for raw sewage containing rags or larger debris.
Maximum submergence depth is 20 metres, which suits most drainage, dewatering and industrial pumping applications.
