Sigma X

The ProMinent Sigma X series of motor-driven diaphragm metering pumps is engineered for high-performance, high-precision dosing applications. Covering a capacity range from approx. 21 l/h up to 1,040 l/h depending on model, and equipped with smart control features, the Sigma X is suited to demanding industrial processes.

Advanced Control & Intelligence

Sigma units feature an integral frequency converter and microprocessor control, enabling stroke-length and frequency adjustment across a wide range for highly accurate dosing even under fluctuating conditions. A removable operating unit, large illuminated display and network connectivity (bus-systems) are included.

Wide Application Use

From water and wastewater treatment through chemical processing, food & beverage to power generation, the Sigma series handles high volumes and back-pressures (e.g., up to approx. 12 bar) and adapts to installation demands including suction lifts, viscous media or gas-loaded fluids.
