An air operated diaphragm pump is a simple machine, and that is exactly why the right spare gets it back into service in an afternoon rather than a week. As an authorised Samoa distributor, we supply genuine parts across the pump ranges, covering the wear items that come out at every service and the components you only ever replace once. Everything is matched to the pump it belongs to rather than approximated.
The parts range takes in air valve modules, diaphragms, balls, seats, rods and sensors, which between them cover essentially everything that wears in normal service. Materials follow the pumps themselves, so diaphragms, balls and seats are available in PTFE, Santoprene, TPE, nitrile, acetal and stainless steel to match your original specification or to upgrade it. ATEX rated items are available where the pump is installed in a potentially explosive atmosphere.
Parts are model specific, and a diaphragm that nearly fits will not last. The quickest route is the pump model code from the nameplate, which tells us the size, the body material and the wetted specification in one go. If the plate has worn or the pump has been rebuilt before, send us photographs and we will identify what you need from there.
If your questions have not been answered here, get in touch with our team for more information.
The range covers air valve modules, diaphragms, balls, seats, rods and sensors, which takes in every routine wear item on an air operated diaphragm pump. Other components can be sourced on request.
Parts are available across the Samoa pump ranges, covering the DirectFlo and ClassicFlo diaphragm pumps as well as other Samoa fluid handling models. Give us your pump model code and we will confirm the exact parts that suit it.
Yes. We are an authorised Samoa distributor, so what you receive is the manufacturer’s own component rather than an aftermarket copy. On diaphragms and air valves in particular that difference shows up quickly in service life.
It is on the nameplate, usually on the centre section of the pump, and it encodes the size, body material and wetted specification. A clear photograph of the plate is all we need to identify the correct spares.
