The G Series is Yamada’s global range, and it takes a deliberately different approach to the rest of the line-up. Instead of a separate pilot valve, these pumps use a step spool arrangement, which means fewer moving parts, less to go wrong and noticeably lower air consumption.
Where the G Series really earns its place is repetitive on-off work. Spraying, dispensing and batch filling all involve constantly cycling the pump, and that is exactly the duty that exposes a weak air valve. These pumps are designed to shift cleanly every time and offer strong suction lift, so they self-prime readily from a drum or sump. If your operators are triggering a gun or a filling head all day, this is the range to look at.
Across the range, you will find wetted bodies in aluminium, 316 stainless steel, polypropylene and PVDF, with centre sections in either aluminium or polypropylene. Diaphragm and ball options include nitrile, Santoprene, TPE and PTFE, plus PTFE with Santoprene backing. Many of the pumps carry an ATEX rating. All are supplied with BSP porting.
