The FLUX FP 427 S-43/38 FOOD Drum Pump is a stainless-steel, food-grade pump designed for hygienic transfer in food and pharmaceutical applications. Its sealless design ensures safe, contamination-free pumping and full compliance with EC 1935/2004 and FDA CFR 21. With a 43 mm outer tube and PTFE/FKM wetted materials, it reliably handles cooking oils, glucose, fruit juices and chocolate sauces. The robust F 458 motor (230 V, IP55) provides efficient pumping from drums, IBCs and tanks. This version features a 1000 mm immersion length. This version features a 1200 mm immersion length. Supplied as a complete drum pump kit with food-grade hose, stainless-steel nozzle and safety plug for fast, professional installation.
The kit includes a stainless steel hose connection, a 2m food-grade DN25 hose with a hygienic NBR inner layer, and a stainless steel hand nozzle for smooth, controlled dispensing. It also comes with a FLUX-Clip, FKM/PTFE seals and a 28 mm diameter outlet, plus a conductive PP compression gland with R2 thread to ensure safe, reliable operation.
