The FLUX FP 427 S-43/38 FOOD Drum Pump is a stainless-steel, food-grade pump designed for hygienic transfer in food and pharmaceutical environments. Its sealless construction ensures clean, contamination-free operation and full compliance with EC 1935/2004 and FDA CFR 21. Featuring a 43 mm outer tube and PTFE/FKM wetted materials, it reliably handles cooking oils, glucose solutions, fruit juices and chocolate sauces. The robust F 458 motor (230 V, 460 W, IP55) delivers dependable performance when pumping from drums, IBCs and tanks. This version features a 1200 mm immersion length. Delivered as a complete food-grade pump kit with hose, stainless-steel nozzle and safety plug for fast, professional installation.
The kit includes a stainless steel hose connection, a 2m food-grade DN25 hose with a hygienic NBR inner layer, and a stainless steel hand nozzle for smooth, controlled dispensing. It also comes with a FLUX-Clip, FKM/PTFE seals and a 28 mm diameter outlet, plus a conductive PP compression gland with R2 thread to ensure safe, reliable operation.
