The FLUX FP 430 Ex FOOD S-41/38 Drum Pump is a stainless-steel, explosion-protected pump kit designed for hygienic transfer in food and pharmaceutical applications. Its mechanical seal ensures controlled, safe pumping of ethanol, liqueurs and spirits, while meeting EC 1935/2004 and FDA CFR 21 food-contact requirements. With a 41 mm outer tube and stainless-steel/ETFE wetted materials, it ensures reliable performance across demanding media. Powered by the F 460 Ex motor (230 V, 460 W), it provides safe operation in hazardous areas and efficient pumping from drums and IBCs. This version features a 1000 mm immersion length. Supplied as a complete kit with food-compatible hose, stainless-steel nozzle and conductive grounding accessories.
This kit includes a stainless steel/FKM hose connection, a 2_m chemical and food hose DN_19 with PE inliner, and a stainless steel hand nozzle with FLUX-Clip. It features an FKM/PTFE seal, 28_mm outlet, PP conductive compression gland with R2 thread, and a 2_m long earth ground wire for safe, reliable operation.
