Description
The Landia MPTK slurry pump range is a durable and efficient solution for pumping all types of slurry, including abrasive and challenging media. Optional knife systems at the pump inlet ensure clog-free operation, making the range ideal for long-distance pumping, dry well installations, straight flush systems, vacuum setups, and abrasive slurry applications.
Operating at 1,500 rpm (medium pressure) or 3,000 rpm (high pressure), the pumps feature cast iron housings and impellers, a W1.6582/AISI4340 shaft, hardened steel knife systems (with optional extended knives), A4 bolts, and silicon carbide mechanical seals. A 15W-40 oil system completes the robust construction.
Maintenance is straightforward, with lifetime-lubricated motor bearings and a recommended service interval of up to 2,000 hours or annually, with periodic oil changes for the oil chamber.
Electrically, the MPTK range uses three-phase AC motors (400 V, 50 Hz, 0.75–30 kW), compatible with VFD operation, and protected to IP55 with Class F insulation, offering a versatile, reliable, and heavy-duty solution for demanding slurry pumping applications.
