Description
The Landia POP-I mixer range provides efficient, low-energy mixing and flow-making for wastewater and industrial applications. Its slow-speed operation makes it ideal for aeration and anaerobic tanks, oxidation ditches, anoxic tanks, MBBR reactors, and for high dry-matter liquids like dewatered sludge or biomass.
Built with cast iron motor housings, durable gears, high-strength shafts, and silicon carbide mechanical seals, the POP-I ensures long-term, low-maintenance performance. Propellers run at 150–300 rpm depending on the model.
Maintenance is simple, with lifetime-lubricated bearings, periodic oil and grease changes, and a recommended service interval of up to 4,300 hours or once a year. Electrically, the range uses three-phase AC motors (1.1–18.5 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz), is VFD compatible, IP68 rated, and optionally ATEX certified, making it a versatile solution for mixing viscous or high dry-matter liquids.
