What is a Pulsation Dampeners

A pulsation dampener can be used to reduce pulsation and remove pressure variations on the discharge of your pump.
The 3 keys to pulsation dampening are;

• Size – Based on the type of pump, desired percentage of dampening and volume per stroke.
• Location – Should be as close to the pump discharge as possible, and as close to the fluid flow as possible.
• Charge – An overcharged dampener will not be effective.
