All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day. Stocked items will be shipped same day for domestic orders and next day for international orders.
If any item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you if the lead time is longer than 5 working days.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the receiver.
EU Orders: International orders going to a business in the EU require an EORI number for processing. Failure to provide this will result in order cancellation.
US Orders: International orders going to a business in the US require an EIN number for processing. Failure to provide this will result in order cancellation.
Collection Option: Collection is available on all orders. VAT will be initially charged but will be refunded once the order is confirmed as an export after pickup.

We offer collection on all orders from our warehouse in Derby. Once your items are ready for collection, our warehouse team will provide you with the weights and dimensions of your package(s).
