The FLUX FP 425 Ex S-41/34 Drum Pump is an EX-rated stainless-steel pump engineered for 99.98% drum emptying, ideal for high-value or hazardous liquids. Its integrated non-return device prevents product backflow when removing the pump, ensuring maximum yield and clean handling. With stainless-steel/ETFE wetted materials and a 41 mm outer tube, it reliably handles viscous media including oils, pastes, printing inks and mineral-based fluids. Powered by the F 460 Ex motor (230 V, 460 W), it provides ATEX-compliant operation. This version features a 1000 mm immersion length. Supplied as a complete kit with conductive hose, stainless-steel nozzle and grounding accessories for safe, professional use.
This kit includes a 2_m earth ground wire, a 2_m DN_21 universal hose with electrically conductive stainless steel fittings, a stainless steel hand nozzle, PTFE/FEP seal, FLUX-Clip, and a conductive PP compression gland for safe and reliable operation.
