The Ebara 3L Series is the AISI 316 stainless steel variant of the Ebara 3 Series, standardised to EN733 and designed for handling clean water, moderately aggressive fluids, and glycol solutions. It is the corrosion-resistant upgrade over the AISI 304 3M, 3S, and 3P models, and is well suited to chemical, food, industrial, and marine-influenced environments.
The 3L range is available in three configurations: monobloc (3LM), rigid coupling (3LS), and elastic coupling (3LP), each sharing the same AISI 316 stainless steel hydraulics and back pull-out design. The 3LM and 3LS are also available in the Z version, which removes the support foot and provides a new foot direction for installation flexibility. Maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and maximum liquid temperature is +110°C on the standard build, rising to +120°C on the E and ES versions.
Where AISI 304 is sufficient for most clean water applications, the AISI 316 construction of the 3L Series provides greater resistance to chloride attack and mildly corrosive fluids, extending the range of suitable applications. MEI exceeds 0.4 across the range in line with current ErP regulations.
