The Ebara Best 2–5 is a submersible sump pump constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for handling clean and coloured water in both fixed and mobile drainage installations. It is suited to draining wells, plant room sumps, lift shaft emptying, pools, sumps, irrigation, and water displays, offering greater flow performance than the Best One range.
The entire pump is in AISI 304 stainless steel with a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber for long-term reliability. Maximum flow rate is 21.6m³/h and head range spans 2.9 to 18.4m. Maximum immersion depth is 10 metres, maximum liquid temperature is 50°C, and soft solids up to 10mm in diameter can be passed. The pump is supplied with a 10m cable as standard.
The Best 2–5 range includes M (manual, no float), MA (automatic with cable float switch), and three-phase versions to suit different installation and automation requirements. All single-phase models include IP68 motor protection.
