This category contains genuine replacement peristaltic hose for the Enviroflex L-Series of UK-built roller peristaltic pumps. Hose is available for all current L-Series sizes from the 10mm L10 up to the 150mm L150, allowing operators to maintain their pumps with original-specification hose. Each hose is precision-ground in the UK to match the exact tolerances required for the L-Series roller drive.
Hose materials include Natural Rubber, Food Grade Natural Rubber, Nitrile, Food Grade Nitrile, EPDM, and CSPE/Hypalon. EPDM is suited to hot water, steam, and mild chemicals; Natural Rubber covers general industrial duties with excellent abrasion resistance; Food Grade variants meet FDA CFR 21 requirements for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical contact. Each material uses the rubber compound and reinforcement layers proven on the L-Series platform.
Because Enviroflex manufactures the pumps and the hose in the same Derby facility, replacement hose is built to the original specifications without any compromise. Standard hose stock supports rapid dispatch through TF Pumps, and uncommon configurations can usually be made to order from existing tooling. All L-Series hose is supplied alongside lubricant for full system support.

Yes. The Enviroflex L-Series hose range is the original equipment manufacturer’s own hose, made in the same Derby UK facility as the pumps. Unlike the other compatible hose ranges Enviroflex sells for competitor pumps, these are genuine OEM hoses for Enviroflex’s own L-Series platform.
Replacement hose is available for the full L-Series range from the 10mm L10 up to the 150mm L150, including the L15, L20, L25, L32, L40, L50, L65, L80, and L100. Standard hose configurations are stocked, with custom variants made to order.
Six materials are offered: Natural Rubber, Food Grade Natural Rubber, Nitrile, Food Grade Nitrile, EPDM, and CSPE/Hypalon. Material choice depends on the fluid being pumped, the operating temperature, and any food contact requirements.
