The GemmeCotti HTT 12000 sits at the top of the HTT magnetic drive turbine series, delivering up to 9 m³/h (150 l/min) with heads up to 48 metres. It combines high-pressure regenerative turbine performance with a completely sealless design, so aggressive chemicals are contained with no mechanical seal to leak or wear. Connections are 1 1/2″ BSP and can be reversed by changing motor rotation.
The HTT 12000 is available here in polypropylene for liquids up to 60°C and PVDF for hotter, harsher duties up to 90°C. Both materials come as a bareshaft pump head or a complete unit with a 4 kW, 400v three-phase, 50Hz motor on a G 112 flange. Please note that motorised units are supplied without a baseplate, which can be added as an optional accessory.
With the highest head in the range, the HTT 12000 suits duties with long pipe runs, elevated discharge points or high back-pressure. It handles up to 20% entrained gas, resists cavitation and uses a 99.7% alumina static shaft with PTFE-carbon bearings for outstanding chemical resistance. The pump is rated PN 6 for clean, solids-free liquids up to 45 cPs viscosity.

The HTT 12000 produces up to 9 m³/h, equivalent to 150 litres per minute, with a maximum head of 48 metres. That is the highest head in the HTT range. Figures are quoted with clean water at room temperature on a 50Hz supply.
Choose the 12000 when your duty needs more head or flow than the HTT 9000 can provide. Its 48 metre maximum head suits long pipework, elevated tanks and high system back-pressure. For lighter duties, a smaller HTT model may be more economical.
It is built for clean, corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis and aggressive process chemicals. Viscosity should not exceed 45 cPs, and the liquid must be free of suspended solids. Polypropylene handles up to 60°C and PVDF up to 90°C.
Yes, the regenerative turbine design tolerates up to 20% entrained gas and resists cavitation well. This keeps performance stable in duties where gas comes out of solution. It is a key advantage over comparable centrifugal pumps.
