The GemmeCotti HTT 2000 is the smallest pump in the HTT magnetic drive turbine range, built for transferring corrosive chemicals safely at low flow rates. It delivers up to 1.7 m³/h with heads up to 10 metres through 1″ BSP connections. The sealless magnetic coupling removes the mechanical seal entirely, so there is no leak path and minimal maintenance.
This page includes the HTT 2000 in polypropylene for liquids up to 60°C and PVDF for demanding duties up to 90°C. Both versions use a PVDF impeller, a 99.7% alumina ceramic static shaft and PTFE-carbon bearings for excellent chemical resistance. The pump weighs just 2.8 kg in PP or 3.8 kg in PVDF, so it is easy to position within compact installations.
Choose a bareshaft pump head to couple with your own motor, or a complete unit fitted with a 0.37 kW, 50Hz motor in 230v single-phase or 400v three-phase. Like the rest of the HTT series, the 2000 handles up to 20% entrained gas and allows the ports to be reversed by changing motor rotation. It is rated PN 6 and suits clean liquids up to 45 cPs viscosity.
