GemmeCotti HTT 7000 - High-Performance Sealless Chemical Pump

The GemmeCotti HTT 7000 is a magnetic drive regenerative turbine pump for demanding corrosive duties, delivering up to 7 m³/h with heads up to 36 metres. Its sealless magnetic coupling removes the mechanical seal completely, eliminating leaks, emissions and routine seal maintenance. Connections are 1 1/2″ BSP and can be reversed by changing motor rotation.

Options Available On This Page

The HTT 7000 is listed here in polypropylene for liquids up to 60°C and PVDF for duties up to 90°C. Both materials are available as bareshaft pump heads or as complete units with a 2.2 kW, 400v three-phase, 50Hz motor on a G 90 flange. Internally, a PVDF impeller runs on a 99.7% alumina ceramic static shaft with PTFE-carbon bearings.

Engineered For Tough Industrial Duties

With up to 20% entrained gas handling and strong cavitation resistance, the HTT 7000 performs reliably in chemical transfer, scrubber and recirculation applications. High-torque NdFeB magnets keep the coupling secure under load, and the eight-bolt head fixing prevents casing deformation under pressure. The pump is rated PN 6 for clean, solids-free liquids up to 45 cPs.

The HTT 7000 delivers up to 7 m³/h with a maximum head of 36 metres. It runs at 2800 rpm on a 50Hz supply and is rated PN 6. Performance is quoted with clean water at room temperature.

It is widely used for transferring acids, alkalis and aggressive chemicals in industrial processes, chemical dosing systems and scrubber circuits. The high head capability suits duties with long pipe runs or elevated discharge points. The liquid must be clean and free of solids.

Yes, up to 20% entrained gas is tolerated thanks to the regenerative turbine design. This makes it resistant to cavitation in duties where dissolved gas is released. Many centrifugal alternatives would air-lock in the same conditions.

The polypropylene version is rated to 60°C and the PVDF version to 90°C. O-rings are EPDM on PP pumps and FKM on PVDF pumps as standard. Performance should be recalculated for hot or dense liquids.
