GemmeCotti HTT 9000 - High-Flow Magnetic Drive Turbine Pumps

The GemmeCotti HTT 9000 is one of the largest pumps in the HTT sealless turbine range, delivering up to 8 m³/h with heads up to 36 metres. It is designed for the safe transfer of highly corrosive liquids, with a magnetic coupling in place of a mechanical seal to eliminate leaks and emissions. Connections are 1 1/2″ BSP and reversible by changing motor rotation.

Six Variants To Choose From

This page lists the HTT 9000 in polypropylene for liquids up to 60°C and PVDF for duties up to 90°C. Each material is available as a bareshaft pump head, or as a complete unit with a 3 kW, 50Hz motor on a G 100 flange in either 230v single-phase or 400v three-phase. All versions share the PVDF impeller, 99.7% alumina static shaft and PTFE-carbon bearings.

Robust Construction For Continuous Service

The HTT 9000 handles up to 20% entrained gas and resists cavitation, keeping performance stable in demanding chemical duties. The pump head is fixed to the bracket with eight bolts to prevent casing deformation under pressure, and high-torque NdFeB magnets maintain a secure drive. It is rated PN 6 for clean, solids-free liquids up to 45 cPs viscosity.

The HTT 9000 delivers up to 8 m³/h with a maximum head of 36 metres through 1 1/2″ BSP connections. It runs at 2800 rpm on 50Hz and is pressure rated to PN 6. Figures are based on clean water at room temperature.

Drive is transmitted through a magnetic coupling rather than a shaft passing through the casing, so there is no mechanical seal. With no seal there is no wear path and no route for the liquid to escape. This is essential when handling hazardous or costly chemicals.

Polypropylene covers most acids and alkalis at up to 60°C, while PVDF extends both chemical resistance and temperature capability to 90°C. PP pumps use EPDM O-rings and PVDF pumps use FKM as standard. Check compatibility for your specific chemical and concentration before ordering.
