The i80 is a 1½-inch (38.1 mm) electric operated double diaphragm (EODD) pump engineered for high efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. Its XT motor and drive deliver up to 8× more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors, providing consistent performance across demanding industrial applications while reducing energy consumption.
QUANTM i80 pumps are up to 80% more efficient than AODD pumps and 50% more efficient than other electric technologies. This efficiency reduces operating costs, lowers manufacturing expenses, and can provide full payback within 12 months.
The i80 handles abrasives, solids, aggressive chemicals, and shear-sensitive materials. Its self-priming, seal-less design ensures smooth, consistent flow, while the compact, gearbox-free construction minimises footprint and simplifies maintenance.
