The Pedrollo CP Range is the workhorse single-impeller centrifugal pump in the Pedrollo lineup, covering general water supply, irrigation, cooling system circulation, and pressurisation duties up to 160 L/min (9.6 m³/h). Power range runs from the small CPm 100 (0.25 kW) up to the larger three-phase CP 200 at 2.2 kW. The pump uses a cast iron body with AISI 304 stainless steel backplate and impeller.
The CP range comes with a ten-year guarantee on the AISI 304 stainless steel impeller, reflecting Pedrollo’s confidence in the construction and corrosion resistance of this component. The cast iron pump body has ISO 228/1 threaded ports for straightforward integration, while the AISI 304 backplate provides hygiene and corrosion resistance at the mechanical seal interface. Liquid temperatures from -10°C to +90°C are handled across the range.
Three-phase CP pumps are designed to work with inverters for stable, noiseless variable-speed control, with class IE3 motor efficiency. Single-phase models use IE2 motors with class F insulation and IPX4 protection. The CP160 model adds IPX5 protection for installation in damp environments. Working pressures are 6 bar on the smaller CP 100/130/132/150/158 models and 10 bar on the larger CP 170/190/200.

The CP range is Pedrollo’s general-purpose single-impeller centrifugal pump, used for water supply, garden irrigation, agricultural transfer, cooling system circulation, air conditioning circulation, light pressurisation, tank-to-tank transfer, and similar duties. It’s the workhorse of the Pedrollo surface pump catalogue.
The range covers the CP 100, CP 130, CP 132A, CP 150, CP 158, CP 170, CP 170M, CP 190, and CP 200, with single-phase CPm variants and three-phase CP variants. Power ranges from 0.25 kW on the smallest single-phase CPm 100 up to 2.2 kW on the larger three-phase CP 200.
Working pressure depends on the model. The CP 100, 130, 132, 150, and 158 are rated to 6 bar; the larger CP 170, 190, and 200 are rated to 10 bar. The right model for your application depends on the head and flow you need.
Yes. The three-phase CP models are specifically designed to work with inverters for stable, low-noise variable-speed control. This makes the CP a common choice for variable-flow systems and energy-efficient water supply installations. Inverter compatibility is a key advantage over older-generation pumps.
The CP range handles liquid temperatures from -10°C up to +90°C. This makes it suitable for hot water transfer, light heating circuit circulation, and applications where the supply fluid is naturally warm.
