The RX is Pedrollo’s stainless clear water drainage pump, with an AISI 304 stainless impeller, complete motor cooling and a double shaft seal. That build is what lets it sit in a fixed, permanent installation and run reliably, rather than just being pulled out for the occasional emergency. It is the dependable choice where clean water needs clearing on a regular basis.
It takes clean water with suspended solids up to around 10 mm, which covers the bulk of facilities and building services drainage: emptying sumps and drainage traps, clearing flooded plant rooms and basements, and shifting wastewater from appliances. It is happiest as a fixed installation doing the same job over and over. Float switch and magnetic float options make it fully automatic on level.
With its stainless impeller and sealed motor, the RX is built to stay put and keep working. It handles liquid up to a reasonable temperature ceiling and a sensible immersion depth, and the float options mean it looks after itself once installed.
