The TOP is the lighter, more portable take on clean water drainage. A technopolymer (Noryl) impeller keeps both the weight and the price down, and the moulded carry handle and hose connector mean you can move it from job to job and have it running in minutes. It is the pump you grab when you need water cleared quickly rather than a permanent fixture.
It suits clean water with solids up to around 10 mm: clearing flooded floors, basements and garages, emptying sumps and shifting appliance or wash-down water. Where the stainless RX is built to stay put and run a fixed sump, the TOP is the flexible, cost-effective option for occasional or movable drainage work. It still has full motor cooling and a double shaft seal, so it is reliable in use.
With its handle, hose tail and float switch options, the TOP is about as fuss-free as drainage gets. Drop it in, clip on a hose and let the float do the work. It is rated for clean water at a sensible temperature and a modest immersion depth, which is all most everyday drainage jobs ask for.
