Compact Diaphragm Pumps For Dosing And Transfer

DirectFlo is the range you go to when the pump has to be small, efficient and chemically resistant all at once. Running from quarter inch up to inch and a half connections, these air operated double diaphragm pumps cover dosing, spraying, distributing and medium volume transfer without taking up half the plant room. Model designations follow the flow rate, so the range scales in a way that makes selection genuinely straightforward.

Efficient On Air, Broad On Chemistry

DirectFlo pumps are designed around reduced air consumption, which matters more than people expect when a pump runs all shift on a shared compressor. Wetted parts can be specified to suit the most aggressive fluids, with bodies in polypropylene, conductive polypropylene, PVDF, aluminium, conductive acetal and stainless steel. Diaphragms, balls and seats follow suit in PTFE, Santoprene, TPE, nitrile and stainless steel, so corrosive environments are well covered.

ATEX, Connections And Special Builds

ATEX certified versions are available across much of the range for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, rated Ex II2 GD IIB/IIC 95 degrees C. Connections are predominantly BSP with flanged options on selected models, and dual inlet versions are available for one to one ratio mixing of fluids with similar viscosity. If you are mixing, both the starting fluids and the resulting mixture need to be compatible with the wetted materials, so check that with us first.

Connections run from quarter inch up to inch and a half, with BSP threaded throughout and flanged options on selected models. For 2 inch and higher volume duty, the Samoa ClassicFlo range picks up where DirectFlo leaves off.

The number in the model code reflects the nominal flow rate in litres per minute, so a DF100 sits around 100 litres per minute and a DF250 around 250. It makes narrowing down the right pump much quicker once you know your required flow.

Many configurations are certified for potentially explosive atmospheres, rated Ex II2 GD IIB/IIC 95 degrees C. Certification depends on the exact build, so confirm the full model code with us before ordering.

They are widely used for oils and lubricants, which is where the aluminium bodied versions with nitrile or TPE wetted parts tend to be specified. Tell us the oil grade and flow you need and we will match a model to it.
