Two direct replacement pumps are available from the same N51000 series, sharing the same 3/8″ barb fluid ports, 1/4″ air inlet, acetal copolymer body, and 80 PSI maximum pressure rating. The key difference between them is the diaphragm material, which should be selected based on the chemicals being handled in your application:

• Flojet N51000 Industrial Air Diaphragm Pump 3/8 Inch – N5100040A – Santoprene – Fitted with Santoprene diaphragms, this model offers excellent flexibility and good resistance to a broad range of general-purpose chemicals and water-based fluids, making it well suited to most light-duty industrial applications.
• Flojet N51000 Industrial Air Diaphragm Pump 3/8 Inch – N5100020A – Viton – Fitted with Viton (FKM) diaphragms, this model provides superior resistance to aggressive chemicals, solvents, and fuels, making it the preferred choice for more demanding fluid transfer applications.
