TF Pumps supplies APV hygienic pumps and genuine spare parts for food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and personal care processing. If you know the brand as SPX Flow, that is the same portfolio: APV moved into the ITT Flow Technologies group in 2026, and the product ranges, part numbers and engineering behind them are unchanged.
APV pump ranges fall into two broad families. The centrifugal side covers the W+ series, built around a patented spiral volute set into the back plate for gentle product handling, and the Puma+ series, which is a widely specified general-purpose hygienic pump for low-viscosity duties such as milk, juice, beer and CIP fluid. Self-priming versions are available where you need to handle entrained air or recover CIP return.
For viscous and shear-sensitive products, the DW and DW+ rotary positive displacement ranges use either piston or bi-lobe rotors. Bi-lobe rotors suit products with larger suspended particles, while the piston rotor is the usual choice where volumetric efficiency matters most. Wetted parts are 316L stainless steel with FDA-compliant elastomers, and the range carries 3-A and EHEDG approvals.
APV is also known well beyond pumps, with plate heat exchangers, hygienic valves, homogenisers and complete processing systems. Richard Seligman, who founded the company, developed the first commercially successful plate heat exchanger in 1923, and that heritage still runs through the hygienic range today.
