The Calpeda MÈTA is a self-priming booster set with a built-in frequency converter, delivering constant water pressure for domestic supply, garden use and irrigation. Everything is integrated: pressure transducer, check valve and a built-in pressure vessel, making it a true plug-and-play solution.
The variable speed drive starts and stops the pump automatically and holds a constant set pressure, adjustable between 1.8 and 5 bar with a factory setting of 3.5 bar. Bluetooth connectivity links the pump to the Calpeda FLOW app for real-time monitoring, energy optimisation, alerts and remote troubleshooting, with an optional WIFI-BOX for connection from anywhere. The high-efficiency motor can save up to 900 kWh per year compared with a standard fixed-speed solution.
The pump casing, impellers and stage casings are AISI 304 stainless steel, with G 1″ connections and a single-phase 220-240V supply. Built-in protections cover dry running, air in the casing, overload, overheating, pump blockage, power supply faults and even small system leaks.

The MÈTA is a self-priming booster set with an integrated variable speed drive, pressure transducer, check valve and pressure vessel. It maintains constant water pressure for homes, gardens and irrigation systems. Being plug and play, it needs no separate controls or external tank to get running.
An integrated pressure transducer monitors delivery pressure while the variable speed drive adjusts pump speed to hold your chosen set point. The restart pressure is programmable, with set points from 1.8 to 5 bar and a factory setting of 3.5 bar. Pressure stays steady no matter how many outlets are open.
The pump casing, casing cover, stage casings and impellers are AISI 304 stainless steel, with an AISI 303 shaft. The suction casing is glass-reinforced Noryl and the mechanical seal is carbon-ceramic-NBR. This gives long life with clean water supplies.
It is rated for liquid temperatures from 0°C to +35°C with ambient temperatures up to 40°C. Maximum permissible pressure in the pump casing is 8 bar. It is designed for continuous duty on clean water.
