The Enviroflex L-Series is a comprehensive range of roller-compression peristaltic hose pumps built in Derby, UK. The lineup spans the L10 (10mm bore, up to 210 LPH continuous), L15, L20, L25, L32, L40, L50, L65, L80, L100, and L150 (150mm), covering applications from low-flow chemical dosing through to large-volume sludge and slurry transfer at over 19,000 LPH on the L65. Each model uses the same proven roller drive design.
Every L-Series pump comes with 316 stainless steel BSPP or BSPT connections as standard, with Tri-Clamp, RJT, SMS, IDF, and DIN-11851 adaptor options available for hygienic applications. The mild steel pump body has a black powder coat finish, with 304 or 316 stainless steel pump casings available for corrosive environments or wash-down areas. Maximum continuous discharge pressure is 10 barg (145 PSIG), with reinforced 20 barg variants available.
The L-Series handles soft solids up to roughly 80% of the bore diameter and hard solids up to around 15-20% of the bore depending on the model. The L65 passes soft solids up to 51mm, and the L50 handles soft solids up to 40mm. All pumps are self-priming up to around 9.5m, can run dry without damage, and are reversible to clear blockages. The L-Series covers the L10 (10mm bore) through to the L150 (150mm bore), with intermediate sizes including the L15, L20, L25, L32, L40, L50, L65, L80, and L100. Each pump can be specified with different motor, gearbox, hose, and connection options to match a particular application.
Each pump handles soft solids up to roughly 80% of the bore size and hard solids up to around 15-20% of the bore. For example, the L32 passes soft solids up to 25mm and hard solids up to 5mm, while the L65 passes soft solids up to 51mm and hard solids up to 10mm.
Yes. Food-grade variants of the L25, L32, and other models are built with white food-grade FDA-compliant natural rubber or nitrile hose, 316 stainless steel connections, Tri-Clamp connection standards, and satin-finish 304 stainless steel pump body. Heating jackets are also available for chocolate, fats, and similar products.
Standard L-Series pumps are rated to 10 barg (145 PSIG) maximum continuous working pressure. For applications requiring higher pressures, Enviroflex builds heavily reinforced variants rated up to 20 barg with appropriate hose construction.
