GemmeCotti HTT 3000 - Small Sealless Pump For Chemical Transfer

The GemmeCotti HTT 3000 is a compact magnetic drive regenerative turbine pump for corrosive liquids, delivering up to 3 m³/h with heads up to 21 metres. Its magnetic coupling replaces the mechanical seal, eliminating leaks and emissions while keeping maintenance to a minimum. Connections are 1″ BSP, and the ports can be reversed by changing motor rotation.

Choice Of Materials And Power Options

This page lists the HTT 3000 in polypropylene for liquids up to 60°C and PVDF for duties up to 90°C, each with a PVDF impeller, alumina ceramic shaft and PTFE-carbon bearings. Bareshaft pump heads are available alongside complete motorised units with a 0.55 kW, 50Hz motor in 230v single-phase or 400v three-phase. All versions are rated PN 6 for clean liquids up to 45 cPs viscosity.

Dependable Performance In Demanding Duties

Like the rest of the HTT series, the 3000 handles up to 20% entrained gas, resisting cavitation where standard centrifugal pumps would fail. NdFeB magnets provide high torque, and the pump head is secured to the bracket with eight bolts to prevent casing deformation under pressure. It is a proven choice for dosing and transfer of acids, alkalis and other aggressive chemicals.

The HTT 3000 delivers up to 3 m³/h with a maximum head of 21 metres through 1″ BSP connections. It runs at 2800 rpm on 50Hz and is pressure rated to PN 6. Performance figures are based on clean water at room temperature.

Choose PVDF when your liquid is particularly aggressive or runs hotter than polypropylene can handle. PP versions are rated to 60°C with EPDM O-rings, while PVDF versions reach 90°C with FKM O-rings. PVDF also offers wider chemical resistance for harsh duties.

Yes, the magnetic drive design has no mechanical seal, so there is no leak path between the wet end and the motor. This makes it well suited to hazardous or expensive liquids where any loss is unacceptable. It also removes the cost of routine seal replacement.

Yes, it tolerates up to 20% entrained gas thanks to its regenerative turbine design. This helps it resist cavitation in duties where gas can come out of solution. The liquid must still be clean and free from suspended solids.
