The Koshin KDP is a Honda-powered water pump, built around a straight-line flow design that resists clogging and a recoil-start Honda engine with a built-in low oil sensor.
Both models use a quiet, recoil-start Honda overhead-valve engine with a low oil sensor to help protect it from running dry on oil. The straight-line flow design was self-cleaning, cutting down on the clogging that can affect simpler centrifugal pumps, and the range came in 2 inch and 3 inch outlet sizes.
