Pentair’s pool offering is built around the Nocchi Swimmey, a self-priming design created for filtering and recirculating chlorine-treated water. Sizes cover everything from a modest domestic pool to a busy commercial installation.
Pool chemistry is hard on equipment, so the Swimmey pairs an ABS pump body with a polycarbonate impeller. Each unit includes an integral strainer basket beneath a clear lid, catching leaves and debris before they reach the impeller and letting you check it at a glance. Motors are totally enclosed and externally ventilated with Class F insulation.
Sizing is largely about turnover: how quickly you want the full pool volume to pass through the filter. The range covers roughly 12 to 33 cubic metres per hour with a 1½ inch BSP connection throughout. Single-phase 230v models suit domestic pools, while 400v three-phase units serve commercial and larger private installations.
