Spare Seats

Seats in diaphragm pumps provide a tight seal against the pump housing when the diaphragm is in its closed position. This seal prevents fluid from leaking out of the pump during operation and helps contol the flow of the pump. Seats also help guide the movement of the diaphragm, ensuring proper alignment and preventing excessive wear.

Over time, seats will wear due to factors such as abrasion, high pressures, extreme temperatures and more. Having spare seats readily available allows you to minimise downtime and maintain efficient pumping operations.
